Can anyone (with expirence) recommend a shop in Sydney to fully check out a RB25DET, and replace anyworn compotents.

I want to start modifiying my car and need to ensure the engine is healthy before I start.

At the same time I want the rings replaced and the cylinders honed for good measure regardless.

plus. whats the best configuration in exhaust, should you go 3inch all the way through ? or 3-1/4inch dump to 3-1/4 inch turbo back to HF cat and 3inch cat back ?? Or is this combo wrong ? think about keeping the right compression and not getting it too loose.
