Bosch 044 Problem

hey guy just wondering if anyone has had the same problem as me i have a 040 lift pump and two 044 feed pumps from the surge tank they where going fine for about 6 months or so and as of lately they have been getting really loud after about 20mins of driving and then all of a sudden they go quiet and come good again but a couple of time they stop working and the car has no power for 5 seconds or so and i carnt figure y there are doing this. i am not shore y it happening i have a 30amp relay for each one and the wire is new the relays seem to get alittle hot and the 2 040 pumps get really hot i am stumped

Yes, I had a single 044 in tank pump setup and the flow started to become irregular and intermittently slow down.

Unigroup hard-wired the setup to no avail.

I returned the product to Just Jap > Bosch testing revealed 'no fault' > returned 'it' to me without the marking I had left on it.

I have the same thing happpen with my intank pump.

You can hear the motor slowing down then picking back up.

Is this signs of a faulty pump ? It's only a few weeks old.

i have now up graded to 40 amp fuse and it is still doing it and the pumps are 14volts and 14.2 on the other so i am puzzled
