My one is playing up intermittently according to the MFD.

The DSBC display is OK though.

So, I'm in the market for a BNR34 Boost Sensor - which I think is located near the firewall on the driver's side.

Anyone wrecking?

Cheers,

Try resoldering the pins where it plugs in on the sensor.

Should fix your problem

Hey mate,

I've had to do this to 3 of my R34's, also had to do it to my GTR.

Happy to do it for you free of charge if you're in the area. PM me if you need help and we'll tee up a time.

Cheers.

Oh I thought it might just be mine. I'm having the same problem. I recently bought a new MFD because my old one had a line down the LCD display. Once it was installed the boost gauge on it invariably worked. It ALWAYS worked when the old one was hooked up, now sometimes it works and shows boost normally and the rest of the time the boost gauge just has nothing on it at all??? Is thais what's happening with you too Terry?

Yes Mike; exactly the same symptoms on the MFD.

Yet the Boost Controller Display works perfectly all the time.

So I'm expecting that the soldering of a couple of pins on the Sensor near the firewall on the driver's side will restore the bar graph to perfection.

Hello,

Im no expert but if the gauge is not even showing on the GTR MFD, it could possibly be because the boost sensor itself is not being recognised.

Maybe check your sensor is not unplugged or if the plugs going to it are not stuffed, you could also check the sensor itself has no other dry joints inside it (apart from the common 3).

Grain of salt, but its a starting point.

Cheers.
