Those that didn't make the trip missed out big time

Great weather and plenty of cars

Was having a ball keeping up with the GTRs till the bike put a stop to that

He will recover in time but both his legs look pretty f**ked at the moment

Lucky to only get away with those injuries I reckon, could have been a lot worse for him

Yeah, our best wishes for the rider too. My mrs was down the bank having a chat to him before the GP and others arrived. Seemed his head, arms and torso look right, but the legs were both shot, hope he's able to keep them. We stayed behind and helped out with traffic for a bit, thanks to everyone who gave a hand. Very lucky man. Met his mate, was a nice fella, said he liked he Stagea, and didn't see many in the uk!

Great cruise overall, great turn out. Felt was it like to have a r35 bearing down on you! :P

Had a good feed at a well chosen venue.

Thanks to the admins for organising, and everyone for making a successful cruise! Let's see pics!

refilled a tank and a half today haha but it was worth it! such a great road before the bumpy stage and mad fun driving with well behaved drivers =]

looking forward to the next cruise!

Another great Putty Rd cruise. Well done to SAU:NSW and everyone who attended and behaved.

Also, thank you to the people who stopped and assisted at the bike crash with traffic management (sorry, forgotten your names). They biker's friends were very appreciative. As mentioned above, he was very lucky that it wasn't worse. Thankfully we managed to flag down a doctor, a medic and a nurse who provided assistance until the ambo's arrived.

I missed most of the lunch as a result, but was great to catch up with a few old faces and meet some new ones. I took a few pics whilst a passenger in the ol' Starion :)

was an awesome day out, nice roads, good company, thats the second time i have done putty rd, and thats the second bike crash i have seen at the very same spot....

hope all is well

NYTSKY ur car sounded tuff passing me on the F3 home :)

ps. Thanks to all the organisers aswell, was a well thought out cruise, nice lunch at the end with plenty of parking !

first time ive done putty, wont be the last.

hope the biker gets well soon.

great to see the excellent turn out, very surprising considering the thread indication.

great to meet some of you, sorry, im going to forget your names.(i suck with names)

we want a wrap up thread!!!!

Amazing drive, love Putty Road, 1st time... i love that everyone behaved themselves, and choice pick on destination! I told Lisa (one of the contacts at Crowne Plaza) we'll be back there for sure, poor Rachel is off on annual leave & was looking forward to all the cars (must have forgotten about the call 4 weeks ago ). A BIG thanx to Google maps & Google earth haha i wouldnt have found that destination otherwise. :P

Thanx to SAU execs incl. Anna & Eric, etc. for allowing me to combine the H.R (High Rolla) Putty Road Cruise with theirs, and for SAU's great organisation, it turned out to work amazing as one complete event :D thanx heaps guys!!

Although JZX100 had some suspension issues today with scrubbing out hard on most of those Putty bumps, which made me take it abit too easy & had no choice but to loose everyone, still had a madd day also had a nice cruise back on the freeway with 2 R32GTR's & 2 R34GTRS & Lambchops (love the uper class sniff from that R32, smelt great lol) :P

Whoslesale Suspension book-in call tomorrow for sure... Chaser needs front raised!

I got in around 7:50 after going home via Golden Highway+Bylong Valley Way.

Thanks to the organisers for a great day. I've lost my virginity and very happy it was on the putty.....

Thanks to those attending the motorcyclist. Great work. Glad he's still alive. Could have been worse what with the armco and those trees.

The Bylong Valley way is a great road but a bit more bumpy than the Putty and narrower. Some great 25km hairpins that I did in 2nd and then blasted in between. It was after 6pm, dark and raining and had of all things a Rav4 up my tail all the way. My car was a bit slippery on the corners and the first time I've done the road. The Rav obviously knew the road and then past me in Rylstone taking a short cut.

Need to fix the rear suspension now.

Hey, what about the gold coin donation? I didn't have any one to give the money to and didn't see a collection bucket.
