ok not sure if nobody actually has feedback but just got this month's newsletter and one thing:

there is no point of contact (or did i miss it?) mentioned in the email? "let us know" and "feel free to contact us" has no meaning if we have no idea WHO to contact! of course, correct me if i'm wrong.

secondly i saw that you had social network submitter, i would be interested to help out with that since i'm at a pc and fairly able to post on twitter/fb most of the time.

Hmmm 13 "spam complaints" from the newsletter... Seems people do not realise there is an "unsubscribe" at the bottom.

Please don't mark them as spam, unsubscribe! :/

Gotta be careful with that one Ash or the Newsletter will get shutdown! I had the same issue when i initially did our work one and had to manually go and delete every bad address one by one! Took me over a week to sort it out!

The Spam Complaints go to an online body and they can cause you some grief!

Nah it can't be used in that fashion as we are not emailing from SAU servers, we are using Mandrill.

So it will simply not send it to them next time and over time it'll refine down, no major issue other than people just being lazy... Or someone still upset over getting a warning or something :)

Plus it works on averages IIRC, 65,000 emails / 13 "spam" - won't alter our rating in the slightest with Mandrill :thumbsup:

Thanks for the feedback, will definitely add contact details in future. Funnily, we sent *so* many tests to a select few people and we changed and tweaked and adjusted and there were still things we forgot! haha.
