Hey fellas bit of a noob question, but wiring and electronics have never been my strong suit.

I managed to get a very good price on three Saber gauges recently (air/fuel, oil press and oil temp). Now they didn't come with any wiring/harness' etc, and obviously I need these to have functional gauges.

If I was to contact an auto election for installation would they be able to supply these parts or would I have to source them myself? I've looked around for the genuine saber wiring but haven't found anything. If a generic option is available I'd love to know.

Any info on this would be appreciated!

Cheers fellas!

Do they have any wire on them at all or markings for where some would connect?

most cheaper gauges has some wire but not enough to go all the way , its normally 3 power ground and sensor wire but can vary

You must have the engine senders for oil , water etc in most cases as they dont use the signal of your factory wires

My answer is most likely if you have senders / adapters auto electrical can do it fairly easy

Now if they take a sender like a defi gauge then most likely not without all the parts

Have you googled saber gauges to see if they have info ? Arent they sold local at one of the chain auto stores ? CFR but i saw some local for sale autoburn or stupid heap

Some older gauges or pro gauges are mechanical and only use wires for lighting ( not this case but for the readers info)

doesnt really answer your question but someone on there might have the info u need...

wiring gauges up is very easy. you'll probably have 2 wires for power (+/-) and 1 or 2 wires for the sensor.

do u have the senders?

Cheers thanks for that. Helped out quite a bit. Unfortunately don't have the senders and can't find any info on them really online, apart from places that are selling the whole gauge kit. No one seems that interested in being able to source the senders.
