I wouldn't adjust it at all unless you had a wideband stuffed up the tailpipe. If you adjust it now, you could take a perfectly set up thing and make it horribly lean (and make it go pop).

well at the moment its quite rich to be honest, like to the point when i reverse into my drive way all i smell is fuel

Yuh...but that might just be at idle and low load. Might be a different story at high load, which is where you would do damage. Smart move, if you want to make things good, is slip it onto a dyno for a quick spin up and see if there's room to adjust the pressure without wrecking it.

Here is a better idea.

Put the factory one back on. It will be safer and cheaper. Sell the aftermarket one and learn from your mistakes.

ughh just had a look at the set up... -_- they got the FPR on the fuel rail and then they've put the rising rate where the secondary is

I think you will find the other one is a pulse dampener.
