You have to get to the bodies. The front can be a bit of a bastard. The plastic peg gets sort of vulcanised to the rubber. When you get the body out smear the peg with, no jokes, KY Gel. It will help with future withdrawels.

Funnily enough i changed mine today... they are a bitch to get out, i ended up undoing the battery and sliding it across and on the otherside removed the airbox.

As somebody else said they twist out (you can use pliers if they are really tight) and are located at the bottom (hiding under the other cables).
