Just though i'd post the "new posts" stats for this month. You can see that mostly everything was going along rather well...until around the 27th. We've tweaked the server slightly to handle 2x the load, and its doing rather ok. Theres a few more options to go, which should be implemented next weekend which will speed things up a great deal.

The main bottle neck, is that the server has an ide disk. As you could imagine with the amount of traffic its been getting of late that all has to go into the forums database, this is why server load is rather high.

Moving to a scsi raid isn't really an option just yet.
