Part Costs...any Ideas?

I had my R33 GTR serviced yesterday and they found the following that needs replacing:

1. Engine fan housing cracked

2. Both inner CV boots split and left rack boot split

3. Both front struts leaking and left rear shock leaking

Thye above was the suggested order I fix the items by the workshop.

I know how much coil overs will be to fix number 3 but does anyone know around about how much the others should be?

They also found the left cam cover leaking.

I had to get new CV boots, it depends on if they replace only the boots or the entire shaft. A boot kit is about $120. A recond' shaft is about $3oo. You should look at getting the struts replaced, plenty of 2nd hand shocks that people are selling.

I will probably get new coil overs instead of second hand shockies.

^ That was going to be my advice, take it as a chance to upgrade. Second hand suspension is often touch and go (or so I have found)

Damn was hoping to offload my V-spec shocks

I agree though, you should get new shocks.
