I saw an amazingly sexy Blue r34 ( think GTR ) with a really FAT kit on - just wondered if its anyone on here. Or if they know them, it sounded like a tank - heard it before I saw it and I was going in the opposite direction in Chatswood.

saw that car at oran park last year's uas track day... it was also featured in zoom ???

yeah the driver was fat asssss, his stomach was touching the steeringwheel the whole time... maybe that explains his slow lap times???

it was in Zoom with vic GTR plates

funny, i heard a rumour this car was seized by japanese authorities as the car had been stolen in japan and shipped here...rumour stated that the owner was given 1/2 its value by said authorities...

obviously something is amiss!

yeah i heard something similar, a japanese insurance company tracked it down to aus (the zoom cover shot probly didnt help) and the "owner" was given the option of paying 50% of its value to keep it.. so if the rumour is true the guy either paid up and still has the car, or someone else in syd got a good deal

If he bought it from a importer of a car yard its there responsbility to make sure the car isn't stolen so i doubt he would be the one paying the $$$
