Also you say its not that hard, have you actually done it?Ive gone a little further than most people who just plug it in via the aux input in the boot.

i was just referring to the whole laptop-in-car thing.

yes hibernation is faster if thats what you like to do.

as far as hacking into looms and PCB's, easy for me, but i wouldnt suggest others attempt going that far if theyre not prepared to break something in the process
