Factory Or Aftermarket Recirc Bov

Hey guys gust a quick question, I have had a look around and cant find the answer to my question.

I have an S2 R33 GTST currently running a HSK SSQV BOV (it is also slightly leaking) and it is causing the car to idle like a pig (read another thread fixing my problem by fitting a recirc). Now my question is what would be better to use, a factory bov (which I dont have) or an aftermarket one eg. Turbosmart Kompact?
