90Mm Pipe Bending In Sydney

im making a custom exhaust for my GTR and ive nearly finished, just need an "s" bend made before the rear muffler...

rang up afew exhaust shops and they dont bend 90mm as its too large

anyone know who can bend 90mm exhaust tube? preferably same day service ?

Try Windsor exhaust, they do cars and trucks, those trucks have some pretty big stacks.

Located right near the raaf base that putty cruise left from.

Generally pretty busy though....

why dont u get 2 90deg bends and make your own S bend?

Was thinking of getting bends and welding my self deano but thought il see if I can get it bent to minimize joints....

i no the spots you need em for, i just got 2 45deg peaces of 4inch and once my mufflers are here i i get to that point, ill just cut em a the right deg and weld. Its gunna be hard to get it all in one peace becasue the sub frame is right in the way, and the pipe kinda needs to twist and bend at the same time for it to be tight and close the car and be on the right angle into the rear muffler......

let us know how it goes down, my mufflers are still 10days away : ( .............. e85 me already...... hahaha

You can get those bends and other sizes from , truckline in gosford then chop and weld as required
