Clunky Coilovers

Hey guys,

I installed a second hand set of coilovers lastnight into the rear of my R33.

The drivers side coilover is very clunky and sounds like it has a lot of movement when driving.

Not going over any big bumps or anything like that just driving normal it seems to make a lot of noise.

When I installed them I noticed the bush on the bottom of the coilover was a bit worn.

Would this cause the clunky noises or something more sinister?

Is everything done up toit?

Yeah after checking it we made sure it was all tight.

Could a worn bush cause a lot of clunking noises?

I have heard of a worn bush doing that.

So I should probably go with replacing all 4 bushes on each coilovers.

Weird thing is the other side was just as worn but its making no noise at all

Maybe get them checke out before replacing them. Did you get a wheel alignment?

Not yet I have to put the 2 front ones on first
