Front And Rear Brake Disks

Hey guys,

I live in melbourne and was wondering if anyone knows where i can get a cheap set of Brake Disks, as they are due for changing.

well iv been quoted $150-190 each for the fronts.

Yeah, that's about right. A pair of fronts is usually <$300 on eBay. That's for RDA slotted. Seems cheap enough to me.

Depends what you're after, RDA's are just a very basic cheap Chinese made trade servicing rotor. DBA 4000 Series are made in Australia, and are a much higher carbon content rotors, so not only perform better, but also last alot longer.

DBA 4000 Series to suit GTT are $198 each for the front, and $148.50 each for the rear. Shipping to Melb $15.

Did you need pads, lines or fluid at all?

only problem is the guy im going to is going to charge me $300 for labor, so its going to cost me alot.

Im probably only going to keep this car another 5-6 months, so i dont need the top of the range stuff.
