Hi Guys

Just got my GTS25T a few days ago (Still over the moon!), the car is pretty stock, so i thought i'd have a go testing out everything and ran into a HICAS Diagnostic error:

2 Long flashes, 1 short flash, then 10 short flashes..... wait for 5 seconds and then repeat

From the information i gathered, it is the speed sensor not present.

Because this is my first Skyline, can anyone please point me in the right direction on where to look and replace? I tried searching the forums, and whilst i might not be the best searcher, i couldn't find a *fix" or solution to this error code.

During the diagnostics, the rear wheels will jiggle around for 18 times.

Cheers and thanks!

Hi mate,

Thanks for your input, i'll consider it, however I'd prefer to have it fixed to be honest. I know there are many out there that dislike HICAS, but i'm sure Nissan wouldn't have used it for 4 generations of skyline if it didn't do what they said they'd do. My plan is just to have this as a reliable daily, yet a spirited car when it comes to cornering; so no drift / track days

Does anyone know how i can check the Speed sensor that relates to the Error code 21? all the dash dials seems to work properly.

Again thanks for your advise :)
