Again, do not confuse the clutch throwout bearing with the gearbox input shaft bearing.

Yes, throwout bearing is easily obtained with a new clutch and easily installed.

No, an input shaft bearing is not so easy to replace. Partial gearbox disassembly required. Doing the input shaft bearing is usually justification to open it up and look at everything else in there.

But, do not use internet diagnosis to work out what this noise is. Get a mechanic or someone who knows what shit sounds like to listen to it.
