Choosing Clutch Type For My R32 (Gtr)

Hi guys,

I'm trying to replace my clutch and my mechanic is asking production month.

My R32 is 1993 model and he said depending on month there is different type of clutch. (push or pull type? not sure)

How do I tell which type of the clutch?

8/89 to 2/93 push clutch fitted to 32

2/93 to 12/94 pull clutch fitted to 32

But I cannot find production month of my GTR.

Hey Mate,

If you shoot me through a PM your VIN (BNR32-######) I can tell you the exact month your vehicle rolled of the production line and clutch type. I can also supply an Exedy clutch, if you are interested in a quote include an outline of your needs e.g. power output, driving style, vehicle use (predominantly street, track, drag...).

Stick your head under the car from the drivers side and you will see the slave cylinder on the side of the gearbox, if the slave cylinder pushes to the front of car its a pull clutch , if it pushes to the back of the car its a push clutch

IMO get a twin plate
