Rb25 R33 Det Head Vs A Rb25 Neo Det Head

I'm Just wondering what the differences between the RB25 R33 det head Vs a RB25 neo det head I want to rev my RB25/30 to 8000rpm and I want VCT I got a RB25 DET head but am I better of with a NEO one as its sold lifter/cam or just spend the cash doin up my head noe i got it and how much can I pick up a RBneo det head for I got my RB25det head with intake and exhaust manifolds and ECU for 300 cheers
