UPDATE

"Received confirmation from the place we plan to hold this event at - it is private property so we won't have any problems from the po-po telling us to leave, and we can hold a BBQ there and stay as long as we like. It is an automotive auction warehouse called 'Manheim' [LOCATED NEXT TO THE RAC DRIVING CENTRE].

Please no stupid behaviour on the property as we would like to use this place again in the future - do what you like on the way home, just not entering/during/leaving the meet.

Any damage to the venue will be our club's responsibility, and if caught out you will be banned from future events/plates sent to cops. No skids - need I saw this again? lol"
