Greetings.

I am doing some major upgrades on my car and am looking for some answers that I hope your can help with.

I would like to get a Greddy type intake manifold/Surge tank for my RB25DET NEO all of the ones I have see Greddy or nock off seem to be for only the ECR33 RB25DET. To my knowledge the intake side of the engine is identical at least as far as the air ports in the head go. I realize the are fuel rail and injector type issues. So I am wondering if I get the surge tank: A. Will it fit, B. what types of fuel rail injectors and injector plugs will I need to make it work.

I have see pictures of the surge tank installed on a NEO before so I know somebody has already found answers.

Thank for your time, and any help or advice will be most welcome.

Say what?

What are you trying to achieve with the car? Just FFP?

This has some good info, if you are spending decent money on a build dont take a shortcut with the plenum.... There are a few threads on this i think.....

Yes I am talking about the plenum, I guess every country has different ways of saying things. The reasons I want to replace the stock one are:

1. Response (I am upping the turbo to a 3037)

2. Easier acces to fuel rail, etc.

3. Cleaner air piping configuration

4. It looks better (stupid reason but true)

I am not concerned to much about money but I would like to avoid un-neccessary expenses. Of course intercooler, injectors etc.. are all being swapped out for high performance items.

If expense is not an issue then spend the money and do it all properly. I have a pretty similar setup to what you are talking about (Assuming high mount) and it looks pretty good, BUT it has not been easy to do... Ask Hanaldo on here.... :P

Plazmaman do a bolt on plenum, look good, hopefully it performs as well as it has on other cars on my R34 GTT. Look up my build and see if thats what you want it to look like...
