Rb26/30 Will My Standard 33 Bonnet Close

just put my 26/30 in my series 2 33 today, anyhow it looks very high just wondering if anyone has done this and if the standard bonnet will close/fit properly, as i cant test it myself today because my car is at the shop an the bonnet is still at home

I'm not 100% sure, but I thought the problem was only with R32s (fouling on the "twin turbo" pipe)

Mine touched the timing cover on my carbon bonnet. So just cut a little of the bracing out.

Without timing cover stock bonnet was ok

in a r33, a 25 head yes... 26 head NO.

yeah i was thinking i may have to cut out some of the bracing, also i here you can use vl engine mounts an they apparently bring it down around 2cm so i may try this when it come back

Guilt toy would 2630 fit with lower engine mounts?

2630 will fit with no modifications to mounts. its the plenum that fowls... so the 26 plenum is good. 25 hits.
