Mine seem to be fine straight out of the box & into the car. The only thing that concerns me is that the fit in one of them RHS is not that good & there is a bit of a gap. I would like to know how to adjust that?

Which one is it? do you have to take the lights out?

The cutt offs in these lights should be as good as this...http://g35driver.com/forums/lighting/271540-super-quad-projector-retrofit-ii-hyper-lighting-many-pics.html?ref=esp-link

I really want them to work, and i hate the inconsistency on my right light.

I only had to do my high beams, lows were fine. Yes i had to take them out to adjust as i am not A) Tiny or B) made of elastic. And the bolt should have in the plastic near it a marking saying U<-->D with what direction to turn the bolt. I also suggest changing out all the bulbs as I found the ones that came in these aftermarket units to be not so good (passenger side high beam globe needed persuasion to come on(a bump or smack) and blew the passenger side indicator already)

Found the adjuster for upper/lower. It is the one at the bottom not the top. You have to use a phillip screwdriver to adjust it, not a flat head, and you can't adjust it through the opening because of the knob doesn't have teeth! This sucks!
