R33 Gtst Blown Turbo

hi guys just replaced a blown turbo in my mates r33 gtst with a second hand stock one and it wont rev over about three thousand it also rev bounces at 3000 almost like rev limiter which i didn't do before

Check afm is plugged in properly

AFM related problems? or leaking cooling piping? check and make sure the intake pipe is not kinked or blocked, or in one occasion I had similar issue when my mechanic (no long employed) left his gloves in inside my cooler piping.

Thanks guys it was the afm one wire was rusted out and broke ap ll fixed now cheers
