Bought this some time ago with the intention of sticking it on the 25 in my ceffy. I'm going on my honeymoon in 6 weeks and could really use the cash instead.

It's a cut & shut job using RB25 runners, welds look very solid & professional & a custom box for all the lines has been made & bolted underneath. This cost me a fair bit, more than what I'm asking. Stand out like a virgin in a whorehouse with this thing sitting on your 25.

Price: $800

No idea who built it, I bought it off yahoo auctions a while ago. If you want more pics of certain parts for a closer look sing out, I'll take them and post them up.

As per the original post I was intending on using it but never ran the car with it on so don't have any pics of it fitted in the ceffy & can't comment on the performance. I trial fitted it and found it fouled on the BMC lines due to the width of it, but that's the 25 in a ceffy. R33 & 34 bays have more room, seen this set up in a couple of 33s and it came off a 33 in Japan according to the ad.

Moving state in 2 weeks, would rather sell this before the move if possible - that doesn't meant i'll entertain bullshit offers of $500. Will swap for RB20/25 clutch of similar value eg Exedy Sports Tuff Organic.

LOL low ball offer or your unrealistic price, $800 for a chopped up manifold is entering Greddy FFP territory, particularly when you can’t advise on fitment and the like.

Offer remains at $500

^ There's currently one on yahoo auctions for the same asking price, that's the 2nd i've seen in 3 years. Then factor in freight, Japanese taxes on everything, the loss of conversion rate through bank transfer, etc and it's about $1200+ to land it here. Freight through E-go would be far less as would the waiting time.

If you'd asked if freight was included for that price, rather than lowball me a little over 50% of what I was asking then you would've had a deal.

    • Update time!  The JZX110 had some maintenance needing to be done, so a lot of the seals with replaced to fix some oil leaks. Also used this opportunity to whack on a front mount that I'd bought some time ago.  I also finally got the rear lip painted and fitted.  I then got the exhaust done. It's just a catback for now. Custom made 3" stainless with a turn down. I could have a tip coming out, but it will require cutting the rear lip and possibly the bumper itself. So far I do like and it's made the car a little more zippy.  Close out with some nice pictures of the cars and a sneak peek of what's next.

    • Just something I found searching for more info on Emotion R, apparently the ECR33 Skyline GTS25t was either originally black, or there were two of them, the black one being the original demo car, then building a white one which was part of the 1997-onwards (to at least 2008!) Cockpit Tatebayashi Tokyo Auto Salon booth demo cars. It appears that Emotion R closed down in 2008 and was declared bankrupt in 2010: http://bank-db.com/hasan/208365. I used to love doing this 20 years ago on SAU and got a bit nostalgic for a moment... 😅
