I'm sorry, another offset question

G'day All

Firstly apologies, for posting another one of these up. I've done a search, and have tried to comprehend how it all works, but as with most people here, offset has always been some what of an enigma.

Anyway, to my question. I own a R33 GTSt, currently with standard wheels. I'm getting a set of 18 inches 5x114PCD. The fronts are 18x8, the rears, 18x9. I think thats the correct terminology.

As for the offset, all 4 wheels are +40. They were made for a Supra I think.

So the question, will they fit ok??? I do hope so, as the wheels I'm getting are awesome!
