What type of car??

I heard this is a pretty common problem with R33's (mine plays up occaisionally). It is usually a dry solder joint, so if oyur experienced with a soldering iron, u could probably have a go at it yourself, if not get a mate or a workshop to have a look at it, should be too big a job.

take your trim off and have a look. If your wires are fine than you can rule that out and it must be something to do with the motor or the like. If the motor is working ie: u can hear it trying but the window isn't moving that its obviously something to do with the actual mechanism. Couldnt say for sure mate, but have a look and im sure you will be able to figure it out. good luck
