Had 180sx while ago with built SR20 low mount gt3071, 850cc injec, moroso sump, EMS stinger 260rwkw and managed get 11.70sec 1/4mile with Mickey Thomson (275/45/17) semi slick at Eastern creek running with stock SR gear box. due to 272 cams 60ft time which was 1.9sec still managed to get 11.70. car weighted 1150kgs with me. I was going to upgrade to gt3076r, rb25box & 15" higher profile MT slicks.

change plans and ended up getting R32 gtst rb26 with built bottom end n stock ported & polish head, rb25 box. Currently running gt2560r power fc pro z32 afms 720cc inject bosch 023 pump. In couple months gtx35 or gt3788r orrrr T04Z (still not decided yet.

Need to get the dyno done soon anyway. Currently working on oil pump issue.

Went thru 1/4mile time slips on SAU couple months back found very less cars do better than 11.7sec. cars got lot more power compare to SR I had, does higher time.

Imagine same power/set up rwd & awd rb26. Which would do better time? (both cars run slicks.)

I remember this question a while ago, about two 34s, same motor and set up, both on slicks, one GTT the other GTR,which would be faster, simple answer.

Once the front wheels are in the air how will 4WD help, 4WD would only help a car that badly spins the rear tyres off the start line, then it is just extra wieght to push down the track
