Hey guys,

In the process of pulling motor apart (R33 RB25) slowly over the next month for a rebuild and going new set up, just trying to generate some interest so I have some buyers when parts are off to fund my new set up :)

Just to start off these will be the major parts that will be coming off: (will have other bits and peices added along the way as I pull them off)

If you want to buy the whole set up as a 100% bolt on 250rwkw application (i.e, turbo, ecu tuned to suit, z32, dump/front pipe, intake pipe, etc), I will do a deal but I suggest think fast!! before some takes one of the other parts lols

GCG OP6 Highflow - Bought an R34 Neo turbo off another forum member and had it fully rebuilt/high flowed by GCG into their infamous GTST Highflow and WITH the OP6 housing as well. Turbo is 5months old, still practically new, has done literally only about 2000kms (This is a weekend car I drive a sh!tbox to work), is on a R33 S2 GTS4 making ~250rwkw @ 17psi (front shaft out for dyno).

Turbo is ball bearing, has a steel comp. wheel, Inconel turbine wheel, R34 OP6 Turbine housing and also paid an extra $165 to have it upgraded with a custom Garrett 12psi actuator made to suit.

Looking for $1500ono with 12psi actuator included. Paid $2120

Nistune ECU Tuned by Toshi on the forums here, is ready to be remapped again or buy everything here as a bolt on package (currently tuned for above turbo, z32 afm, walbro 255, 3'' exhaust, apexi pod, 17psi, FMIC, standard injectors) $650ono

Genuine Nissan Z32 Air flow metre - has done as many kms as the turbo only (still practically new), bought brand new and not used - $300ono , will include harness and plug for easy installation

JJR 3'' Mild Steel Bellmouith Dump and front pipe combination - In excellent structural condition, car never sat too low, no dents, dints, cracks, splits nothing, could use a good scrub or paint though - $110ono

HPI Bellmouth Dump pipe only INFO: http://justjap.com/s...666&cat=&page=1 - Yes thats how much I paid for it lol but hey I wanted the best for my car, is same age as the turbo so its still in new condition! top welds, extra thick flanges and thick stainless steel walls, honestly one of the best aftermarket dump pipes I have come across - $400ono

Alloy Intake Pipe to suit factory turbo - Very good nick!, bought this at same time of turbo once again lols - $125ono

Greddy Full Auto Turbo Timer spec 2 BRAND NEW - $125ono

Greddy Radiator Cap NEW 1.3kgf/cm2 Type S suits most Nissan, Infinite, Subaru, Mazda, some Toyota & Mitsubishi - $40ono

Nope I don't have pics bcause all major parts r still in the car and will start stripping engine this weekends

As mentioned above will post regularly on thread as the is an ongoing thing until all parts are sold and MORE PARTS TO COME. Any questions please PM me

Hi mate interested in buying the whole package. Can you please pm me as to a rough price for the package and whether this will be a direct bolt on for an r33 gtst series 2? Thanks. Oh and I'm also in sydney and will be back in oz this friday.

All PMs replied!,

I got about a million PMs with ppl asking me to hold everything for them, I am not going to hold parts for anyone without a deposit of some sort, so to be fair....first in first served.

On the other hand I am after a couple other parts and if some1 happens to have some we can trade! :P

Set of injectors no less than 800cc to suit RB25 Side feed

Greddy forward facing plenum to suit RB25

Bought from a company, yep has provisions for BOV return and breather. Still in the car, Will try get up a pic over the weekends.

Parts that are currently off :

JJR 3'' Mild Steel Bellmouith Dump and front pipe combination - In excellent structural condition, car never sat too low, no dents, dints, cracks, splits nothing, could use a good scrub or paint though - $110ono

Greddy Full Auto Turbo Timer spec 2 BRAND NEW - $125ono

Greddy Radiator Cap NEW 1.3kgf/cm2 Type S suits most Nissan, Infinite, Subaru, Mazda, some Toyota & Mitsubishi - $40ono

PMs replied, to guys that are interested in JJR dump/front pipe, if your in another state just be warned postage will kill the price lols.

everything still here, lots of interest but no money has been put down. Had a look and I may be able to pull turbo off along with few bits and peices over the weekends.

Had a few enquiries about the nistune ecu. I believe it is a s2 r33 ecu that has been modified by Toshi here on the forum. Ecu is remappable and has been tuned/remapped twice by Toshi. Currently has tune for above mods.

TURBO SOLD PENDING PAYMENT

Pic of JJR dump/front pipe - just need a brush or coat of paint

Also interested in the front pipe. I'm in Sydney and can pick up but don't know your location. Please reply to my PM.

Hey,

Looking at the intake pipe the BOV return and breather are too far apart to use the standard hard pipe. How'd you make it fit?

Cheers

PMs replied,

Intake pipe did not take the factory bov and breather hard pipes, so to get around it I jus simply ripped off the old hard pipe and just replaced them with some good quality silicon hoses. I also don't think it will allow for the stock airbox to be reused (haven't tried but didn't seem like it would work). I had a pod filter and modified (by that I only cut away a few bits so itll fit) an aftermarket airbox (ones you can get off ebay etc)

    • Ah, fair enough. For the IAT, I'm using a legit GM sensor that was used on the car prior to my current build. I'll get another wideband and IAT ordered and follow up when they show up. Thanks for the help.
    • You shouldn't need to massively fatten up the mixtures for cold conditions. For one thing - 0°C is not that cold. For another, the Haltech will be using the IAT sensor to tell it how dense the air air, and calculate the correct amount of fuelling. Then the cold start enrichment is added as a % on top of that, so it should scale with the main fuelling. You might also doubt the IAT sensor at this time. You're not using one from an RB26 are you? Using a nice Bosch sensor or similar? Happens. Some wideband units take great pleasure in killing their sensors. Put another wideband in the tailpipe and compare. Or just swap the sensor to a brand new one and see.
    • Oh, my misunderstand. When the car was running, it sounded ok, but if I gave it any gas it wanted to die but caught itself afterwards. It's very different from how it was a couple months ago when it was warmer outside. The logs show that the AFRs are better during, what I assume, is warmup enrichment. Because it's cold, and air is more dense, should I work on the enrichment bit?
    • yess of course im not using 2nd hand parts from my spare engine, but the place where i live is hard to find parts for the RB20DET ,but for the RB20E is everywhere including new ones and a lot cheaper ,because for the RB20DET you have to order it overseas to get one and it cost a lot of money 3x the price to be exact. so i ask this topic because if i can use the new ones but for RB20E is it compatible or not. if not im screwed haha, not totally screwed but i have to save a lot of money first before i can begin repairing my engine, thanks for the information before.
    • Unless my sensor just died, was only a couple months old, I strongly believe it didn't. How can I test it? I never mentioned it being 20:1+?
