go to the home page of the forum. in the list of all the sections, the WTB section will be the last one on the list under the classifieds heading. it's actually the one directly above this section

WA does not have one.

All state sections will be merged - it was meant to happen a few months ago but there have been delays due to Prank being out of action etc. So use the WTB section that everyone else does, and in time it will all become one.
