Hey guys, iv been having problems with my r34's header, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the problem may be..

Ideally, i can put my heater on full blast on the maximum heat, whilst the engine is compleatly warm, and the air coming out is proball 2 degrees above whats outside, if that... This problem is consistent regardless of the temperature being held at 32degrees C, as well as being consistent regardless of fan speed.

Thanks for your help

On R32's it's the servo actuator arm that controls the flap which looses power due to it's dry solder joints cracking so the flap gets stuck in whatever position it last had power (hot or cold)

Thanks that helps alot , my heater was forever on hot but now has sprung a leak :(
