Running R33 With No Radiator Fan

Hey guys

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Im looking at replacing my R33 GTSt radiator with an ASI ebay alloy one. The guy in the below link is running a 52mm core unit without a fan.

Is this a secret mod or should I try and keep it how it is?

with no fan how do you propose to get air flow thro the radiator at low speeds/stationary?? Either that guy has fitted thermo's to the front of it or he really is just retarded.

Try and keep the stock flan and shroud whenever possible. they work very well.

If you look closer at the picture there are two 12 inch thermos attached to the front of the radiator and the A/C condenser in missing

Other people havent had problems retaining the stock clutch fan and shroud with the ASI radiators so you should be fine. Best to try keep stock fan and shroud setup.
