Does anyone make RB25vct inlet ajustable timing gear to suit the use of VCT

Greddy did, but I think it's discontinued. The standard gear is adjustable, it's just difficult to adjust.

yeh I noticed they are from the inside wonder how hard it would be to modify the stardard one so it's ajustable from the outside

You can do it but people who have done it concluded that it was a waste of effort.

its very easy to do. Drill out the thread. weld tabs onto the head of 3 bolts to stop the bolt spinning and put nuts on the outside of the pulley. it's not rocket surgery
