Finding Nismo

Recommended Posts

Finally installed Nismo mfd uprade, no more blinking red boost metre.

The factory boost sensors often just fail due to a cold solder joint. There are some posts on SAU about it, and it's a relatively simple fix.

I've had this happen to mine - and was fixed by reflowing the solder on the main connections. It may be worth checking this on your old boost sensor, as it may be still usable.

Yeah i know what you talking about, the normal boost gauge will get stuck on zero and no pressure display, has happened to me before. But Main reason i changed to the nismo boost sensor is because the stock sensor only goes to 1.2 bar and my tune goes to 1.5 bar so at max boost the stock sensor will go past 1.2 bar and start blinking red. Not only is it annoying but you also dont know much boost your making. With the nismo sensor it can read up to 2 bar which was exactly what i need.

A few members here have already paid and secured a set or two for themselves. Thanks Nismo for bringing back the 10.5in!

I guess seeing how much they go for used was too tempting. ETA on production is September with deliveries in October :)

Wow $4400. You can definitely pick them up for A LOT cheaper!

All Nismo needs to do now is start making those lovely 19in LMGT4's in silver asap

With the conversion of yen to aud and with shipping thats about right on the mark ! If you can get cheaper put me down for a set

Looking at the site - they are cheaper than $4400

Yeah they are cheaper on rhd site. Just under $4000 with cheapest delivery, but i think you are forgetting the import taxes that you will get stung which at that price will be around $660

wish the yen was better if you have a better lead I'd be greatful [emoji4]

Even @ $4k + another $1600 worth of semis + matching wheel nuts, plus new coil overs to replace my Std Vspec suspension - I'm getting into the $7k range - gulp. I might be a tough sell to the missus for the weekend car - when I make her drive a 14 yo oil burning xtrail on its last legs... :-)
