Hi, Damien

How does the C short shifter work, mighty quick for street use !!??got an Amuse 3.75 inch Titanium for the GTR33 track car, chasing a 4"one though.Good luck with the sales

Sorry folks for the delays to PMs. Pease note: I'm picking up the exhaust this weekend from the workshop to re-measure (I'll post exact dimensions), pack into a box so that I can start getting shipping quotes.

Exhaust doesn't have a brand but it resembles a Top Secret (see nengun). I'll take more pics once I pick it up. It came with the car when I bought it.

Ok finally have the exhaust in my hands. Just a note on the diameter, 3.75" is what I measured from the outside. Inside diameter is 3.5".

Cannon diameter is 4.5".

Exhaust is a single piece so its a pain to ship/courier but I'll get quotes via e-go.

Note there is a hole on cannon where the silencer was going to go in - the hole had to be re-punched as the silencer didn't fit first time. Apart from that, all in good nick.

PM's/emails with shipping quotes will be sent shortly.

    • Does anyone know what the centreline should be for the vct intake cam? On my cam spec card it just says VARI and doesn’t actually tell me what the centreline should be. I had to adjust my exhaust cam gear by about 5 degrees advanced so I’m guessing I would have to adjust my intake as well? Current intake centreline is 119 deg. Iv already asked kelford and they won’t respond, It’s the 246-A 262 cams.  thanks for the help guys
    • Get a timing light on it and verify it's sparking reliably at a sane ignition timing. Use a COP extension lead to be 100% sure about timing instead of hoping that the timing loop on the back of the engine is accurate. Make sure it's actually injecting fuel. MAF is not used on the stock ECUs for initial cranking.
    • RE5R01A is the transmission. Didn't realize they had a 5 speed for the NA cars but for some reason the turbo engines stuck to 4 speeds. Looks like the solenoid block is still available from Nissan directly at a somewhat reasonable price: 31940-60X01 https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/nissan-japan/skyline/er33/6568-rb25de/trans/317 I would move sooner on this than later. The moment the de minimis exception for Japan goes away expect to be paying 25% tariffs even for stuff like this.
    • Only RB26 are low from factory. And even then the ECU actually want high impedance, because it's essentially the same ECU as the RB20 anyway, and thus they have a f**king resistor pack!
    • Is this preventable by priming the system with external oil pressure? I've seen the speed academy folks hook up an external oil priming system to the oil pressure sensor port with an air compressor to check for oil leaks before putting an engine back in a car.
