I have been told by mechanic that I have a R4 Engine in my Skyline R33 S2

Thats the reason some of the wiring is different on this one.

I have a High Idle of 1000 RPM+ , I had a problem with Aircon in summer that If I would turn that on my car will just die.

So I was looking at some wires I found that MAF and AAC wiring are left as is and not connected.

I got two plugs spare that are not in use , I remember that they were connected in my old S2 ( that I sold :( )

can anyone tell me what to do with these one ? I've marked them with green color!

Any help will be highly appreciated

Dev man

the guy said its running a haltech ecu but when i saw on left hand side its normal ecu with many wires cut

itsjust better to get rid of this engine and put a stock one

The engine is fine, its the engine management you need to sort out to see which one you have.... It may have a haltech as a piggy back somewhere?

BUT first thing i would do is get rid of the BOV as that is really not going to help your cause.... I put an atmo on my R34 for about 3 minutes before i realised it sucked! THEN sort out wiring!

Follow the wiring from the motor in the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve on the rear of the inlet manifold & see if it's connected. I have a funny feeling the little red curly thing in the picture is the power wire for it, & it doesn't look connected. It just ends. As for the two female plugs, The brown one could be for the valve for the charcoal canister, which isn't there. The greyish looking plug could have been for the factory boost pressure sensor. Both of these are located in that area on my S2 C34, although the plugs are different shapes, the grey one is boost pressure sensor. Your best bet is to find someone with a stock R34, or even a dealer. Pretend your buying a car, lift the bonnet & have a good look!!!!!!
