The arp studs provide better clamping then the bolts but that being said it wont be an issue running standard bolts for most peoples cases. When I did my head I used standard bolts and with 315kw no problems with them.

I just installed ARP L19 studs in my VQ as the standard rod bolts have a bad habit of stretching under power and lifting the head at around 500hp. The extra tension on these should help over the standard ARP's.

Bolts actually twist when you tension them down, and in my case they can damage the alloy thread as you tighten them, studs with arp lube are a much better idea.
