My R31 Gts1 26/30 9 Second Aka "memphis"

Started a thread a while back, but the layout got f**ked up and no moderator would help me, so i started a new one

This was my series 2 silhouette i owned for 4 years, which is now going to scrap metal

This is when i first seen it on carsales, i bought it off a turk from melbourne, he had a bum bag and left 2 points of speed in the boot

and also left oil out of the gearbox so an hour and a half outside of melbourne the gearbox didnt want to work anymore

So anyway i had a bit of a bingle, and it sat for over a year and i decided to strip it and send it to scrap

All going into this girl here, originally owned by fatz on the forum

heres a couple of pics

Specs on the car will be

R31 GTS1 number 164

Standard bilstein suspension, revalved to 90/10

Front and rear whiteline swaybars

Cazman adjustable caster rods

Adjustable panhard bar

R33 twin piston brakes with QFM pads

RB26/30 motor

HKS 272 cams, 10.08mm of lift

Race ported head

intake squish pads removed

HKS bronze valve guides

HKS valve springs

HKS adjustable cam gears

Nitto I-beam rods

Nitto/JE pistons

ARP main studs

ARP RB26 head studs

Nitto oil pump

Larger sump made by ariel at redstar fabrications

CPC new design plenum with billet throttle body to match

CPC billet fuel rail

All alloy cooler piping made by ariel at redstar fabrications

Ebay water to air intercooler

All pipework will be joined by pegasus clamps

Trust/greddy twin T67 manifold, work of art

Twin trust/kinugawa TD06's with surge ported front housings

HKS 60mm wastegate

2 speed powerglide adapted to RB with 5500 stall

B&M scatter shield

B&m pro ratchet shifter

yella terra flex plate

Will build a massive single piece tail shaft to go from the glide to the borgwarner diff

31 spline moser billet axles

Romac full spool

Bosch ID2000 injectors

Aeromotive A1000 pump inbuilt into an aeromotove 75 litre fuel cell

Turbosmart fp1200 fuel regulator

All steel hard lines for the fuel with braided lines in the bay

Link G4 plug and play for a gtr

Racepak digital dash

All i can think of for now, i have about 80% of the parts sitting there ready to go

Car is engineered and will be driven on the street all the time

Parts list is awesome, and if this is the same build I'm thinking of then those turbos look monstrous strapped to the side of the engine! Looking forward to updates.

25, 25/30 26/30 and factory 30e but im sure pete knows of more

Got some more pics, motor bits will be taken up to sydney in a few weeks to machine by gerg up above, he will put pics up as he is doing it im sure!

looks like we will have to do some cutting to move the radiator forward and will have to run some thermo fans

+ as it's one of fatz', it'll be used to hard launches lol..

where are you getting the mani coated and how much is it?

ummm i think liverpool exhausts, gonna cost around about 350 which is twice as much as they charge for a 6boost

they were 18x19+22 and 18x10 +22, was standard 4 stud
