buying car question

Hey guys,

i am thinking about gettin a car from sydney and was wondering if when i change over the rego if the car is inspected and can it be defected as it is slightly modded?

and also does anyone know where i can get a safc tuned in canberra and roughly how much this will cost me and how much it will be to replace a front cv joint

If the cars unroadworthy the copsll still defect it, modded or not unfortunatly

As for the SAFC, Ive heard that Peter at Autotech in Fyshwick can tune them, Ive also heard that Jake can get great results from them
