upgrading i have the followong parts FS

std turbo t28 off r33gts-ts2 97,this turbo have alway run stock boost,i dont have a boost control until now,run 168kw atw at stock boost can show dyno sheet. from inspection;the turbo rotor shaft turn smoothly when pushed with finger,not loose when moved right/left. NO carbon slubge acccumulation,NO change in colour with rotor shaft. turbin wheel/compresser wheel no greese no carbon,turbine wheel blade in top condition with actuator
