Urgent: R34 Bumper Damaged

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

So I just reversed into a tree stump at my girlfriends house.(effing invisible tree stump). Anyway, I have attached a picture of the damage, it seems to be a big dent, but the top of it is creased a little now.

Any idea how much this is going to cost to fix?

Thanks for any help,

first try popping it out. use a broom handle or something like that and see if you can pop it out from under the car. or have a look in your local yellow pages for someone that does bumper repairs. if you can pop it out, then you can touch up any paint damage with a can of touch up paint from your local auto parts store

Owgasm knows where its at.

Get the hair dryer out. Heat the whole area up very well, and give it a push from the back. Should pop right back out, but you might have to use some force.

Will cost $0.03 in electricity (est)

Heat is important. During manufacture, the molecules line up in a particular direction; and when heat is applied, the plastic molecular alignment seems to have a 'memory'.
