High Pitch Whistle

Hi there after getting my car fixed, I test drove it today and there seems to be an intermittent high pitch whistling noise near injectors 5-6, what could it be I'm stumped, I checked all the hoses and they are all on.

Anyone know what this could be? It stays on during driving and when its stationary, hope this helps.

another video, you really need to turn up the volume for this one. it sounds like there is a leak somewhere but all the hoses look like they are on.

Does it use a steel manifold gasket? Has it always done it since it was put back together?

first time we started it up today and started doing it, we used metal head gasket could that be it?

could they be the new valves taken from r33 gtr?

It's very hard to say what it is exactly when we can't have a good look over it. I don't think it would be to do with the valves, who did all the work to the engine?
