Great day, great weather and great turnout of cars.

Was nice and cold perfect for turbos, thats the only positive as i lost the feeling in my fingers at one stage hahaha

Nice to catch up with everyone and meet some new people.

Dave the T51 sounds ridiculous and i was 2 cars back haha

Luke hope your arm is good ill make sure i keep my tools in the car next time too

The first few guys to rock up where all white R33 GTST's. It was scary.

then other rocked up and mixed it up a bit.

The Taxi got polished before we left. I thought it would have been one of the R34 GTR's doing this. not a falcon!!

That would be me mate previous owner had n1's I ditched em for trust t517z's lol

Thank you for your vid and pictures so far.

I'm happy to say that the raw sound of the RBs bouncing off that rock wall is something to behold!

The vid of you guys going around that hairpin is nearly as good. I've learnt something else about the next vid I get to do there > I would ask each of you to follow the car in front by about 5-8sec so that I get you coming-going before panning back to the following car.

Thoughts?

Anyway, it's worth coming back to this Wrapup thread to check for the vid. There'll be 29min including some footage going back down the Pass and the Skylines following us, thanks to Ed's camerawork.

I agree terry a bigger gap between cars would work out better so you can capture each car for longer

and LOL at the giant Chevy badge car club coming up the mountain on the way down at the end. there where the 2 34 GTRs, me, pat and a black 34 behind me stopped at the hair pin letting them through and they all came round, saw us and booted it.

I counted 9 chevy badges from maybe 15-20 cars, I seriously don't understand why they do that.
