I wanna run semi slicks at the drags prob 16in but have 18in all round ATM can I run just semi slick 16in on rear,I think I can't ....

are you running 18" all round? as long as they have the same rolling diameter it doesnt matter what you run.

overall rolling diameter must be the same otherwise the 4WD system will think wheels are breaking traction and proverbially shit itself trying to compensate.

i had a gts4 R33. I put really small wheels on it that clearly came from a small car and looked weird on the skyline. I never got any problems with them in regards to the 4wd or anything like that.

Actually you can. As long as the semis have a larger rolling diameter than the 18s you won't have problems with ATTESSA.
