Mr30 Pineapples?

Can anyone confirm that S13/R33 rear sub frame pineapples fit into a 30?

i used to have s14 in mine, but could only use half of the set..

Isn't the idea of these to take the flex out of the rear cross member by filling in the gap between the cross member and body?

i got a set of s13 alloy pineapples and used the larger 4 to push the cross member up tight, i already put the whiteline bushes in the rear but these pineapples made a huge difference. a lot less squat, tighter felling rear, better slide/peddle control but it increased the road noise in the cab. well worth it.

I thought I better do something to keep it on the road, I'm of to melbourne on friday for an ECU and tune to see what happens from there.
