R32 Speedo Cable

Hi all,

This topic has probably been discussed before but i will bring it up again (:

I have a rb25de manual r32.

The speedo cable has snapped, and what i want to know if a 25de auto cable will fit and do the same job.

Or what else will fit?

a replacement R32 RB25DE manual cable will fit!

So will an R32 RB20DET cable.

an auto r32 should work, a31 or c33 should do it too

Does anyone do them besides Nissan? They can be quite expensive for what they are.

haven't seen any aftermarket, just get a secondhand one?

Probably better to spend the money on a new rather than second hand. Seems to be a pretty common problem and saves having to do it again when your second hand one breaks.

up to you, i've had 3 a31s an r32 and a c33 out of the mechanical speedo cars and never a broken cable

Where you located? there are two places in Perth that can make a new one for you that i know of

mate just broke one!haha, got new inner put in 40 bucks, prob the way to go!
