Using A Smaller Bov

Hey guys

I belive the standard diameter of the bov is 32mm. I bought a used Turbosmart Kompact dual port 25mm bov. Do you think its ok to use this or should I try and keep to the

32mm diameter bovs?

It'll be fine. You are probably measuring the OD of the bov return, Its ID is obviously going to be smaller. Regardless, it will still do the job.

Stock bov or gtr stock bov are IMO the best options, why did you change?

probably better you cleared that up for before the flames really took hold.

So you want to make it quieter? If so make a gasket for the stock bov with a smaller opening, that is what I did to decrease the noise.

i drove a 33 with a turbosmart twin port mounted on the pipe down inside the bumper, it wasn't quiet!, pretty much everyone gave me the death stare, or some will know it as the mother in law stare, the straight pipe exhaust with screamer didn't help much either
