Ok I did a search but couldn't find what I wanted, am looking for where I can find fuel injector adapters in Sydney to hook up my 60lb Siemens deka injectors to the wiring loom.

So the 6 adapters have to be USCAR EV6 female to Nippondenso male. Am I correct that the R34 factory loom has the Nippondenso female connector?

Rang up Bursons got told theres 3000 diff types of connectors and they dont have it, got referred to a supposed injector specialist in Bankstown who seemed to have had too many kebabs and not a clue what I was after. Found a couple places in SA who have them but cant be fked waiting, any places you recommend in Sydney?

After a week of searching and ringing around, I found this:

http://www.sonicperformance.com.au/95242/Injector-Plug-Connector-Denso-To-US-Car-Convertor/pd.php

Most places sell the Bosch EV1 to USCAR adapter:

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Bosch-Ev1-Male-Uscar-Female-Injector-Plug-Adaptor-/230743957996?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item35b96961ec

Can anyone please confirm this (first link) is the way to go or should I get USCAR pigtails for my Siemens Dekas and get that soldered onto the R34 loom?

cheers R

    • Just something I found searching for more info on Emotion R, apparently the ECR33 Skyline GTS25t was either originally black, or there were two of them, the black one being the original demo car, then building a white one which was part of the 1997-onwards (to at least 2008!) Cockpit Tatebayashi Tokyo Auto Salon booth demo cars. It appears that Emotion R closed down in 2008 and was declared bankrupt in 2010: http://bank-db.com/hasan/208365. I used to love doing this 20 years ago on SAU and got a bit nostalgic for a moment... 😅
    • Try fabricating something like this and install it under the pedals? Not sure if it's legal or not....
    • Even though I have some pretty good (brand) ratchet ringies, I avoid using them to break open tight bolts. A broken ratchet is very annoying.
