Hey,

Im about to look into buying a dump and front pipe from my skyline (r33) along with a hiflow cat (or no cat :)). At the moment my exhuast is catback HKS Super Dragger and i was wondering if there is any different between me install brand names parts (HKS) or custum made parts.

I know brand name is alot pricer but is it worth it?

Also i was told that APexi N1 Exhuast is the best is it worth selling my HKS system and upgrade to a full turbo back N1 system

Thanks Mike

just get a custom single piece dump and front pipe, goto quickfit exhaust in morley, theyve done a lot of perth sau members cars and heard nothing but good feedback.

i can't see how the apexi n1 is better, it's different.. it is louder than your super drager would be. your super drager catback is 95mm (3.74in) and apexi n1 is only 80mm (3in), unless u want it louder then just leave the catback.

Hey mike,

I just got my R33 and I have ordered afull turbo back system in mild steel with a stainless dump pipe and high flow cat and a LP02 muffler from x-force and they shipped to my muffler guy for $1000.00 I have since been told that the X-force stuff is of high quality.

A staainless dump pipe alone can be $250 - $500.

I will get it on on wednesday (12/05/04) and I will let you know how it goes.

Cheers,

J-Flash

APC in Brisbane have an awesome dump/turbo pipe - I would nave installed this had I known about it. I got ripped by Subzero who put a ss dump pipe ($270) and once fitted said I needed a front pipe (they originally said I had a custom 3" front but when I measured it I found it was only 2"), quoted $170 and then hit me up for $310 (after it was fitted) because they miss quoted - bad business manners! Talk to Nick at APC he knows his stuff www.apc_racing.com.au

web site is www.apc-racing.com :headspin:
